My Qualifications

I am certified by the world's largest home inspection organization. I have several years in construction, ever since I could walk I had a hammer in my hand. I was taught at a very young age by my father, who had a very successful career in construction and by my older brothers. Through out the years Ive learned how to build homes, from start to finish and everything in between. I'm not afraid to get dirty if there is any accessible way to get to an area regardless of how many creepy crawly's there are. Everyday I strive to be better then the last, because my clients deserve more then the bare minimum they deserve the best.

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection

A home should be inspected every year, so you are able to keep up with maintenance. Its easier to find and fix the small issues now, then it is to wait for them to grow into expensive big issues.

Wood Destroying Organisms (Termites)

we will Inspect your home to determine if there is an infestation, damage, and/or conditions that could invite a termite attack, or the need for remedial control measures. We offer stand alone WDO inspections or you can bundle it with a home inspection.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components.  Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties
while they’re still in force.
